Payment Methods: Credit card. For Rent-to-Own purchases, recurring card payments are used for the installments shown at checkout.

Rent to Own: Where offered, you pay the ownership price in equal installments. The total price, number of payments, and installment amount are displayed on the product page and/or checkout before you start. A permanent full license is granted after all required payments (or after you pay the remaining balance). Sale or promotional prices do not reduce an existing Rent-to-Own balance. You may pause and later resume billing from My Page as described in the Terms. Paid installments are generally not refunded when you pause the plan, except where required by applicable law.

Delivery Timing: Download / license entitlement. One-time purchases: after payment confirmation. Rent-to-Own: after the first successful installment (time-limited license), with full ownership after completion.

Return / Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of downloadable products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase or payment is completed, except where required by applicable law. If there is a technical issue or the product differs materially from its description, please contact us via email on our support page.

Software License: Use of downloadable software is subject to our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
