Where do I download the installer?

After you log in, open My Page downloads. If you have no account, register first.

How do I install the plugin?

Download the installer from My Page, run it, then restart your DAW. macOS uses .pkg, Windows uses .exe. Manuals (PDF) are on the same list when available.

Where are older installers?

legacy installers (when a previous asset version exists).

Where is my serial / license code?

Serials are not in the order email. After a license is issued, open My Page licenses (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Enter it in the plugin; the plugin checks online. Restart the DAW if needed.

How many machines can I activate?

One license activates on up to 5 machines. To move: deactivate the old machine on the licenses page, then activate the new one (no extra seat).

Do you use iLok?

No. Activation is through our serial on My Page licenses.

I bought after a trial — do I need a new key?

No. The same serial upgrades. Exception — Low End Max 1.1.1 and earlier: re-activate that same serial from the licenses page manually.

What’s the difference between always-free and Get for Free?

Always-free catalog products (e.g. VoxRelief Lite, Auralume Saturator Lite) need no serial — download the installer from My Page; the plugin never asks. Promotional free (a normally paid product at price 0 for a limited time, e.g. Distance Simulator giveaway) needs a serial: log in, click Get for Free on the product page, then open My Page licenses and enter the serial in the plugin.

My licenses page is empty and the site said no license is required

That copy applies to always-free catalog products only. If the product page shows Get for Free, claim it there first; the serial then appears on licenses.

How do I start a trial?

Log in, open the product page, and start a 14-day trial (once per account per product). The serial also appears on My Page licenses. Promotional free has no trial — use Get for Free instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe only. PayPal is not available. EU B2B: on the payment page check “This purchase is for a business” and enter a VAT number (reverse charge).

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds after purchase or payment is completed, except where required by applicable law. Technical issues or material mismatch: email support.

Where do I manage Rent to Own?

Start on the product page. Pause, resume, and pay remaining at My Page licenses.

Which formats and DAWs are supported?

The installer includes VST3, AU, and AAX 64-bit. Example DAWs: Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase, FL Studio. OS: macOS 11 Big Sur or later (Intel / Apple Silicon), Windows 10 or later 64-bit. 8 GB RAM recommended. Linux and VST2 are not offered.

The plugin is missing in Pro Tools

Quit Pro Tools, then reinstall. AAX path on macOS: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins. If AU is visible but AAX is not, AAX was not installed — re-run the installer. Always-free products: AAX is macOS only (as on the product page).

How do I register?

I see “Too many email requests…”

Wait one minute and retry. Extra browsers do not clear the server-side limit.

How do I unsubscribe or delete my account?

Turn off mail opt-in on My Page (no separate unsubscribe page). Delete account: delete-account page (after login).
