We collect and use personal information as necessary to provide this service, including account registration and login, product purchases and license delivery, optional email updates, and customer support.

If you opt in to email updates, we use your email address to send product news and related notices; you may change your subscription preference from your account page.

When you purchase a product, payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's website. On the payment page, Stripe may collect information needed to process the payment and calculate applicable taxes, such as your email address, billing address, and—if you purchase as a business—your business name and tax identification number (for example, a VAT number). We receive information needed to fulfill your order and meet tax and accounting obligations (such as payment status, amounts including tax, the email address associated with the transaction, and related tax details available from Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

When you contact us by email or through our support page, we may collect personal information such as your name (handle name) and email address. We use this information only to respond to your inquiries and provide necessary information.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or affiliate tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) on this site. We do not use cookies for marketing or visitor profiling. To keep you signed in, we store authentication data in your browser (for example, using browser local storage). This is used only to operate your account and is not used for advertising. You can clear this data by signing out or through your browser settings.

Article 2 (Storage and Management of Personal Information)

We will keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date, and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and strictly manage personal information.

We retain account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove sign-in access and revoke associated licenses. We may retain purchase, payment, tax, license, support, and transaction records for the period reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping obligations. Mailing-list records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to the same legal and operational requirements.

Article 3 (Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties)

We will not disclose personal information obtained from users to third parties except in the following cases:

• With the user's consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activities
• When we entrust handling to service providers that help us operate this service (such as authentication and database hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), within the scope necessary for those purposes
• When reasonably necessary to continue providing products, licenses, downloads, account services, or support in connection with a business transfer, reorganization, or transfer of the service or relevant rights, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required

Article 4 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)

If a user wishes to disclose, correct, or delete their personal information, we will respond appropriately after confirming the identity of the user.

Article 5 (Advertising Distribution)

This section has been intentionally left blank because this service does not currently use third-party advertising or affiliate programs that require a separate description.
