Article 1 (Seller Information)
For information about the seller, please refer to the Legal Notice page in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Your use of licensed software is also governed by the End-User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms and the EULA address the same software-license subject, the EULA applies to that subject.
Article 2 (Product Pricing and Payment Methods)
Product prices are listed on each product page and are exclusive of applicable taxes. At checkout, taxes (including VAT) may be calculated and added based on your billing location and whether you purchase as a consumer or as a business. Payment can be made by credit card.
Some products may be offered as a one-time purchase or as a Rent-to-Own (RTO) plan. For RTO, the total ownership price, number of equal installments, and monthly installment amount are shown before you start billing. RTO uses recurring card charges for those installments. After ownership is completed, automatic renewal for that plan does not continue.
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU/EEA (or another jurisdiction where reverse charge applies) and you provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout, reverse charge may apply: we will not charge VAT on the purchase, and you are responsible for accounting for any VAT due under applicable reverse charge rules.
By providing a VAT number or indicating that you are purchasing as a business, you represent that the information is accurate, that the VAT number is valid and belongs to your business, and that the purchase is for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax and business information you provide.
Article 3 (Delivery Timing)
For one-time purchases, digital content is available for download after payment is successfully completed, and a full license is issued after our systems confirm payment.
For Rent-to-Own, after the first successful installment you receive a time-limited Rent-to-Own license (and related download access where applicable). A permanent full license is granted only after the ownership price is fully paid through completed installments or a remaining-balance payment.
Article 4 (Completion of Purchase)
One-time purchase: The purchase contract for the product is concluded when payment is successfully completed, and a full license is issued after confirmation.
Rent-to-Own: Starting an RTO plan creates a fixed-price installment arrangement for the total ownership price shown at checkout. The arrangement begins when you successfully complete the first installment and authorize recurring charges for the remaining installments. Full ownership of the permanent license is established only when cumulative eligible payments reach that ownership price (or when you pay the remaining balance in full). RTO is not an open-ended subscription for ongoing service fees beyond that fixed ownership price.
Article 5 (Returns and Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not accept returns or refunds after purchase or payment is completed, except where required by applicable law (including any non-waivable consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights). If there are a technical issue or the product differs materially from its description, please contact us via email on our support page.
For Rent-to-Own, paid installments are generally not refunded when you pause the plan, except where required by law. If a refund or chargeback is processed, your cumulative payment progress is reduced by the refunded amount. If progress falls below the ownership price after you already own the product, the license returns to a time-limited Rent-to-Own state and may stop immediately.
Contractual Pause (Article 16) is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Article 6 (Account Management and User Responsibility)
Account registration is required to use this site. Guest purchases are not allowed. Users are responsible for keeping their registration information accurate and up to date. If any unauthorized activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the user's account without prior notice. If a violation causes damage to our company, we may claim compensation from the user.
Creating or using multiple accounts to restart or stack Rent-to-Own payment progress for the same product is prohibited. Each account has a separate balance and must pay to the ownership price independently.
Article 7 (Redownloads)
Purchased digital content can be re-downloaded from the dashboard in My Page while it is made available. We may temporarily restrict downloads or take other reasonable measures for maintenance, security, or unauthorized access or use.
Article 8 (Cancellation Policy)
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds after purchase or payment are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law. If there is a technical issue or the product differs materially from its description, please contact us via email on our support page.
For Rent-to-Own, if you wish to stop new charges without ending progress, use Pause in My Licenses (Article 16). Managing billing via Pause, Keep billing, Resume, or Pay remaining is available from My Page. For payment-method issues, contact support.

All disputes arising between users and our company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
Article 14 (Changes to the Terms)
We may change these Terms where reasonably necessary due to legal, security, operational, product, or service changes. For material changes, we will provide prior notice by posting the revised Terms and their effective date on this site or by another appropriate method. The latest version will be published on this site.
Article 15 (Contact)
For inquiries regarding these terms, please contact us via email on our support page.
Article 16 (Rent-to-Own)
Where offered, Rent-to-Own is a fixed-price installment arrangement toward ownership of a full license for the product. The ownership price, installment count, and monthly amount displayed at checkout apply for that plan (snapshot). Later list or sale prices do not reduce an existing RTO balance.
Installments are equal divisions of the ownership price (tax exclusive for progress tracking; taxes may still apply per payment). You cannot change the installment count after starting. After ownership is completed, recurring charges for that plan stop.
Pause: You may pause new billing from My Licenses. Pause does not end the arrangement or erase progress. License access continues through the end of the already-paid period; new charges do not start while paused after that period ends. Resume continues remaining installments (progress kept). Pause is not a statutory cancellation.
While an RTO plan is open (including paused), you may not purchase a separate one-time full license for the same product on the same account. To obtain full ownership early, use Pay remaining or complete the remaining installments.
If payment fails, we may keep accounting due dates unchanged. License access remains available until the end of the already-paid period and may be limited or stop 48 hours after that period ends, subject to applicable law.
Trial licenses: If you hold an active trial for the same product on the same account, starting RTO or completing a one-time purchase upgrades that trial serial to the purchased license type (plugin version 1.1.2 or later detects this automatically after an online check). Older plugin versions may require re-activation with the same serial from My Page.
